  I had an amazing experience with Kaitlyn! She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me pick up my new phone.   We had a package of medicine delivered and no one notified us that it was delivered. It was medicine left in 110 degree. No door bell ring or knock. Medicine just left out in the heat
