  Community Warning I left Brian Smith’s agency because I no longer trusted the way I was being treated as a customer. After switching insurance companies, I called to cancel my OLD policy. Instead, I ended up dealing with my NEW policy being canceled by an agent in his office and a lapse in coverage that I didn’t even know existed. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. If I had been involved in an accident during that time, my family could have faced serious financial consequences. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. When I started asking questions, the blame was shifted to my new company for allowing an agent from Brian Smith’s office to cancel a policy that I never requested be canceled, instead of the issue itself being addressed. Insurance is too important for mistakes like this. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend doing business with Brian Smith’s agency. I’m pursuing formal complaints and sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.

  I have been very disappointed in Allstate a couple of months ago we asked them if we can make our payment a few days late so that we said we have to call them instead of them doing the auto draft just for that month. Next month I have a 45.00 fee 15 for late fee $30 for not have an auto matic pavements because they forgot to put the automatic back on. I called Allstate in Jenks Oklahoma and was told that the next month the $45 would come off there. Now all of a sudden a year later or car payment is $60 more a month because we were supposed to have the driving app which nobody told us. Why does it take a year for them to figure out you don't have the driving app. I called the place a couple of times never got the call back I have to call again the third time very disappointing. I don't know about you guys but I live paycheck to paycheck and it's hard to come up with the extra money especially if you are not warned
