  I will go straight to the point, this office made a mistake. On top of that they wanted me to pay 3k plus, immediately. Paying was not the problem, paying for their mistake was the problem. While I was dealing with a wife with an advanced Cancer situation, had to relocate to new home and working at the same time, I don’t think it is fair that I have to worry about their mistakes. They were aware of everything, I was with them for years. Nobody in that office did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. On top of that today 6-29-26 I get a letter from a collection agency, because of another mistake that office made. They know what they have done, and still don’t care. It’s up to you if you choose to go there….

  Community Warning I left Brian Smith’s agency because I no longer trusted the way I was being treated as a customer. After switching insurance companies, I called to cancel my OLD policy. Instead, I ended up dealing with my NEW policy being canceled by an agent in his office and a lapse in coverage that I didn’t even know existed. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. If I had been involved in an accident during that time, my family could have faced serious financial consequences. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. When I started asking questions, the blame was shifted to my new company for allowing an agent from Brian Smith’s office to cancel a policy that I never requested be canceled, instead of the issue itself being addressed. Insurance is too important for mistakes like this. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend doing business with Brian Smith’s agency. I’m pursuing formal complaints and sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
