My experience today on June 3, 2026 was horrible. Little blonde manager had a bad attitude from the moment we entered the store. I forgot while picking my bread that I needed an extra sandwich and added that at the end of her asking what we wanted and it was a problem. Then we go to check out and I purposely ordered off of the 399 6 inch sub menu seeing how I’m on a budget whenever she tells me that I owe her $24 and some change I’m a little confused but just ask for the receipt and the checkout process And realize that she charged me for two regular 12 inch subs and did not charge me from the 399 menu so I expressed this to her that I would like my money refunded and she goes on this whole rant about how it’s the same sandwich. I ordered two the same 6 inch subs and so it comes up to the same price Not realizing I guess that she has a 399 menu as the manager! So yes words were exchanged, and I am confident that I’m not the only person that is face this issue please check your prices and check out!

I had an online order. I’ve never had issues before. Today, I got a flatbread that was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, onions and cucumbers with mayo. Only to get all the way to Sasakwa and she that I have pickles tomatoes and ranch…. Very disappointing after working 12 hours and trying to get something easy for dinner.

Expected run of the mill service/food based on outside but inside is very nice and clean. The staff actually had my online order finished (which never happens at any Subway I go to!) and made correctly! Everything was fresh. Very happy!
Just simply amamzing food.
App will not work and nobody will answer the phone.
