  You have to use the app to take advantage of any price breaks but when you use the app to order a sandwich that is supposed to have double meat on it, you will get single meat 100% of the time and you’re lucky if your order is correct. Super nice people, but they seem to cheat you out of food since you can’t use the app and watch them make it. I put this error on the management for not training properly or having any kind of QC. The fact you cannot rate them on the app or turn in feedback should tell you all you need to know.

  Mobile app service is terrible. Today was the third time i ordered for pick up and when i get there, my order is canceled but the money has been taken out of my account. The store says the money will be refunded sometime between 10 minutes or 10 days. There are a few staff members who act like you are an inconvenience when you're dining in. Its just not worth the hassle.
