  Went to the cricket in grove Ok this week and let me tell you, the staff helped me out tremendously. Kassie went above and beyond to make sure I was not going to be over charged and she is very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend that store for all your cricket needs!

  We were having trouble with our Hotspot so I called and talked to Deziny at the Grove Ok store. She was so helpful on the phone but really needed to see the one we had. Next day went in to the store and she figured out our problem. It took some time, but she never gave up. 5 🌟 Stars to her expertise and friendliness.

  Took me 30 minutes to leave this review because I don't have service inside of any building that I walk into.. literally hate my service with Cricket, but already paid 100s of Dollars and can afford to switch again.
