  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and i expected that.I went to pick up my order today around 7pm after receiving the notification that my order is ready but upon arrival i was being told to wait as the order was not ready and this was not the first time last month i had to deal with same situation,still i gave them another chance . I patiently sat down and waited but the person was busy talking to some female customer about some personal stuff for more than 20 minutes,finally i walked out of the store as I thought it was not worth asking him why my order is still not ready as he didn’t care anyways. I ended up going to the subway store on the Willow Road where staff was welcoming and got my order ready on time. I would like to request management to refund me for the order i never received. Thanks for nothing

  Subway is great don’t get me wrong. But the worker was a little slow and it took 30 minutes for me to get a SANDWICH. Should be a quicker service than that

  The sandwiches were great and made exactly as I asked. The young man was polite and respectful and I'll be back.

  Service was bad! Got told they didn’t have some meat of the subway club so I told them to just add extra turkey since they where out but didn’t get told I was going to get charged extra… I used a 8.99 coupon and price ended up still being 14! 4 dollars for extra turkey and wasn’t told I was going to be charged extra… and when employee asked manager how to ring it up she started yelling loud and doesn’t help that I stood there for 20 Minutes …🤦🏽‍♀️
