  I would suggest using a different subway. The management and staff at this Subway have no idea how to manage in-store and app orders at the same time. We arrived on time to pick up our order, which we gave a 15% tip for, only to be told that they hit the button and said it was ready but had not made our sandwiches yet. We live out of town and purposed to get to this Subway because we knew we could place orders on an app, that way we could continue down the road and get home. This Subway has proven that their restaurant chain has inadequate training and that the employees are ill-equipped to do their job. I would suggest another Subway or maybe a different sandwich shop, or quite honestly just make it at home it's a heck of a lot cheaper.

  They are very slow, uneducated on register and do not honor advertised coupons in store. They shouldn't advertise bogo in store or online when they charge double for cash orders. I won't go back! West willow enid ok. I walked out made me mad. Cash is nothing anymore.
