Alley was great there was a mess up with my catering for my wedding and she stepped in and helped me super fast and was able to get my the sandwiches at the time we needed.

Hand written signs everywhere. I went inside, stood in line to order cookies. 2 uber drivers come in and the guy took care of them. He asked did i have an online order when I said no I just wanted to order cookies. He said you have to wait! No one was inside but me. Terrible customer service. I was a paying customer.

Online order works when it wants to, be very careful it will charge your card and no order will be sent to the restaurant. The employees are aware of the issues they say it happens all the time. They do not give refunds or food that you have already paid for with proof on your phone it was charged from the actual subway app at the actual location it says it all, they do nothing but look at you like your the fool
Taking people’s money. Just crazy how service is these days. I’ve reached out to subway corporate office 3 times and nothing.
