  Food /order was incorrect the chicken wasn’t good had drops specs of sauce not covered entirely, blue cheese was hot, spent 50$ and got 5$ service. Box was damaged, and gor a complete different persons order. Wouldn’t rec for a while

  I ordered food and what I ordered is not what I received. Currently have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone about this. I’m really unhappy about being charged $21+ for trash I cannot eat… Update they never bothered to answer its 2:07PM so I cannot imagine that they are busy.

  The service is beyond terrible. Every single one of them has a shitty attitude and are lazy. We had to wait on our food for 30-40 mins and it still wasn’t even fresh. Then when we went to the soda machine to get our drinks, it was straight carbonation. When we told the worker, he brushed us off. Then another worker went up to the soda machine with a cup and taste tested every single drink. Each time she would taste test a drink, whatever was left in the cup she would dump out, then go to the next kind and taste it and so on and so forth. Then another worker which I’m going to assume is the manager, asked us what were we waiting on and we told her the same thing about the machine. Then instead of them fixing it after being told about it twice, they sent the SAME GIRL back to the machine to taste test every drink again. We ended up leaving with no drinks even though we paid for them. We will never ever place another order here again and I strongly advise no one else to place an order here as well. Edit: We just got home and they didn’t give us any of the sauces that we paid for and we are also missing a fry.

  Tried ordering food drove across town on hold. Get to store front to order and the employee's were to busy ordering shoes online than taking my food order. I asked about the menu and they didnt know what yall even offer just told me to look online. This location whole staff should be fired. Absolutely 💯 ridiculous never will spend another penny in your franchise.
