  If I could give zero stars I would!!! . Walked in girl sitting on pack table. Then I emailed a couple lease agreements to the store and when the associate gave me them and rang me up, before I paid I looked at them and the top of each letter was cut off! I’m like I can’t use these and she said ya we can’t figure out why they print like this, really I’m thinking then why are you charging me??? Why didn’t you say something when I told you I emailed something to be printed? Ok then I asked to send something certified with return receipt and they told me they don’t do return receipt certified at their store??? Hmmmm. They do certified but not return receipt?? Lost revenue there. Then while I’m waiting another associate waiting on a customer was yawning while talking to them, how rude! She had an attitude also when talking to me. Her name was Cody. Lastly, they are using UPS poly mailers and putting Amazon returns in them and sealing instead of using required clear plastic bag, which I know was a BIG NO NO, when I used to own a couple The UPS Stores for several years in a different state. Had to go to another store to get the job done right!! Associates at Danforth location were awesome!!
