  Did I miss the memo on greeting people as they come in the store and letting a line of customers know someone would be with them shortly? I realize courtesy died with whatever generation is employed here, but good grief! It's never out of style to say hello and thank you.

  If I could give ZERO stars today, I would! I had several items to return from Amazon. Only because I work full time and have a super busy life and haven’t been able to get there to get this done, so they accumulated a bit. The woman behind the counter was SEVERELY unpleasant to say the least! Seemed as though she was the only one there, had her air pod in her ear the entire time. And was absolutely hateful from the start of “helping” me. Scanning my QR codes one at a time and throwing the packages behind her in a pile. She said some cuss words after I accidentally gave her the wrong QR code for an item. I’ve never done that before, not that she knew that, but also she was highly unprofessional. And during this time, there were several customers in line behind me while she was acting like a bratty child. She got very snarky when on my last item I needed my own package to ship it and she told me I needed a shipping box. It was a small item and I just wanted to confirm to see if I needed a box or if I could use an envelope. When she replied back to my inquiry, it was in a hateful, snarky tone, which also was written all over her facial expression, that was absolutely and completely unnecessary!! It took everything I had not to say something. I have been in customer service my entire adult life! And just a heads up UPS, this is NOT what good customer service looks like! I will NOT ever be returning to your location! I haven’t been treated like that….I don’t think EVER! Nor do I deserve to be. Regardless of the “bad day” I might have had at any point in my life, I never took it out on my customers! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

  The girl today, was absolutely unprofessional in what she was wearing “I’m not the problem. You are” not appropriate for the store, and wearing headphones while working. She was not friendly at all. And why does it cost $33 dollars to send a small package to Montana. She said it was the cheapest, and she didn’t even show me the prices.

  I’ve never had issues with this location, though I’m sure there’s down sides like everything. They are always very polite and never have anything wrong. I usually only use them for Amazon returns but have used them to ship out a few trucker hats and never had issues.
