  we placed a mobile order, we went to pick it up they said it was there but we showed them that the order was placed and that our bank was charged and they still said they can’t do anything about it. then told us to get a refund through the app but we couldn’t hence it said we picked it up already but we hadn’t, they then told us their isn’t a support or contact number to even get a refund. so now we’re angry and hungry
