  I went to the location off of Sante Fe. And let’s just say that I expected better, especially if I ordered ahead. Previously when I placed a mobile order, and when I got there. It was left out in the open for anyone outside of the store to take it. Because the worker was in the back on their phone, with AirPods in both ears, not acknowledging that someone could walk in to the store and take this order and whatever else. Stood there for 5 minutes just to see if there was a worker until they came out shocked that I was there. But this time, I showed up 20 minutes after placing the mobile order. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready, and it was sitting on the counter just waiting to be finished with the rest of the toppings. While one worker was cleaning, and the other was sitting on their phone, with AirPods in Beth’s ears. Until she noticed I was standing there, and realized that the incomplete order on the counter was mine. I understand wanting to sit down if there’s no work to be done. But if you know you have an order, especially one that was placed ahead, then finish the order instead of apologizing and saying that basically that you were working on it and then decided to stop just to sit down and play on your phone.. Now they did remake my sandwich completely, yes because I don’t know how long my sandwich was sitting there. But still, complete what you were doing before you decide to sit down and play on your phone while the other worker is cleaning.
