  Very disappointed with my experience with Allstate. The customer service was frustrating, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was poor, and getting clear answers or help when I needed it was much harder than it should have been. For the amount customers pay for insurance, I expected better service, transparency, and support. Based on my experience, I would seriously consider other insurance companies before choosing Kerry Graves Allstate.
