  After making the mistake of getting a QUOTE from them for insurance, I have received unsolicited recurring spam mail for the last 10 years from them, which they regularly disguise as personal/confidential, sometimes even making it look like its from a bank by having perforated fold & tear sides where you have to put in extra work just to open it, only to find its this scummy company's regular spam. A few months ago I finally had enough and found the opt-out link on the bottom of the spam mail, I went to the url, filled out the form, then waited.. and still to this day I'm receiving constant spam from them. I'm likely to figure out where i need to report them to and how now. Also, I'm moving houses, about to look for insurance quotes, and you can absolutely bet I'm not going to bother with these guys. I would have if they hadn't been sending me spam for the last 10 YEARS.

  I filed a claim after a car accident and It took 3 weeks to get an answer from anyone at Allstate. Everyone knew the car was totaled but they kept me in the dark about everything long enough for them to charge me for another 6 months on the car I no longer have. Terrible service all the way I wouldn't recommend them.

  I had Donna as my agent and it was an unpleasant experience, everytime I called her she seemed annoyed at the fact that she had to do her job, that is even if she would pick up at all, I would find myself calling atleast 2 times before he would answer, overall I dont recommend this place.

  I've never had an insurance company follow up and check in on me like Jim Shortridge's office. They are always extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Not to mention that my policy is more affordable for the same coverage than anywhere else.
