  Ive been to this location at least 12 times this year. I have an ebay business and sometimes have to ship FedEx. I have my package ready and labeled and because of size I have to wait in line to have it scanned as it wont fit in lobby box. 2 times I have been helped courteously. That leaves 10 times of rude service. No hello, no eye contact, no thank you. Ive got to find another location.

  I had an outstanding experience with Tony at the FedEx Store in Edmond, Oklahoma. He truly went above and beyond to help me pack and ship a very large, oversized, and heavy item. From the moment I walked in, Tony was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to figure out the best way to package everything securely, making sure it would arrive safely while also helping keep the shipping process as smooth as possible. What could have been a stressful experience turned into an easy one because of his expertise and positive attitude. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service, but Tony absolutely does. His willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression, and I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. If you need packing or shipping services in the Edmond area, I highly recommend this FedEx Store—and especially Tony. He's a tremendous asset to the company and deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.
