  Such terrible service, my mom got a message saying she was eligible to get a 2nd hand iPhone for $300 and when she went to this location to claim the offer the worker there simply said they didn’t have it. He didn’t offer any help or anything, when she went to another location in okc they were so helpful and told her they didn’t have it but they could order it and get it delivered to her house. When she got the phone she went back to this Edmond location so they could help her activate it and the same guy worker was also rude and not helpful he just simply told her he couldn’t do anything. So she had to drive all the way to the okc location again and they were so helpful and got her phone activated in no time! This location needs to learn how to treat and help their clients, at least the guy who was working there!

  Here at 9:45 to resolve a phone emergency and it is closed. Website and hours posted on the window says open at 9:00 AM. Unprofessional. If this isn’t accurate, it needs to be changed.

  Took my son's phone into this location with no idea what was wrong with it. Liam was able to figure out that my son had messed with the system settings, which is why the phone wouldn't work. He could've easily said that it was unfixable and we'd just have to buy a new phone. But instead, he spent about an hour figuring out the problem and trying various fixes. In the end, he was able to get it taken care of, and I walked out with the same phone now fully functioning. Can't recommend this store, and especially Liam, enough! He's knowledgeable and honest and probably deserves a raise!
