  The manager called and threatened to have me arrested because I wasn’t happy with the service at the Sherman Tx store she became highly aggressive and accused me of screaming and hung up on me not sure what she has to do with the Sherman store but she definitely isn’t friendly or helpful

  I needed to return a company laptop. My supervisor called the day before and confirmed that they will ship based on a company account. Next day at 8am I took an uber and after scanning the laptop the rep had to call someone to get assistance. I was told they can't do it and come back later. No indication when their issue will be fixed. Wasted time, wasted money, and zero evidence to show my employer that I attempted the return.

  I've used this store multiple times. Everytime staff were very helpful. Usually in & out in 5 minutes.

  So they will still your money here, they didn't send my package kept the money and refuses to refund it. Don't use ups iam going FedEx from now on.

  Caleb at the front desk was a rock star in helping me today! He went above and beyond to make sure my parcel was being delivered to Canada. Even speaking to the lady that I was shipping to and trying to get the right address. He was patient even though they were pretty busy. Thanks Caleb! I sure appreciate ya!
