    Terrible terrible terrible.. run down.. the manager NIAL PATEL(who was not even PRESENT) refused my DISABLED VETERAN husband and his service dog. He didn't ask questions, Nothing. DO not stay here. Pics are deceiving also. Looks like a low income housing establishment. Disgusting how ppl treat others, especially those who serve our country. Shame on you trash!

    I stayed here in June of 2025. I arrived late and was given a great rate. The room was clean and easily accessible. I was in a lot of pain and utterly exhausted from my trip and was very happy that I slept really good. I failed to get a printed receipt on my departure and had never provided my email, so I had no electronic copy either. Just a couple weeks ago, I called and spoke with Scott and I was so happy he was able to find my stay, even though the hotel had switched owners. He emailed it to me and I was very thankful, as I was able to get reimbursed for my travel as it was for medical purposes. So I wanted to give a shout out to Scott and say what a fantastic help he was. Hopefully I will be back soon.

    We booked a room at B-W Markita Inn, just like several hundred before, for a contractor that works with us from out of town. But, when we got to the desk, we had to wait over 30 minutes for ONE person to check in before us. THEN, they refused to honor my reservation because my business has a local address. When I asked why they discriminate against local businesses she said her manager would explain. Another, 15 minutes later the manager came and said it is a "corporate policy" that he cannot override. I told him I knew that was not the case because managers have local authority. So, I asked them to cancel my reservation and let my contractor book his own and I would pay him back. THEN, they refused my original price and went up $10 per night!!! I will never, EVER, use Best Western Markita again1

    This room is giving me the ick. Non refundable oh well but we are leaving. The bathroom smells like weird old musty water damage. Ceiling tiles warped. No cover for lights. Bugs and dust in the corners of the floor. Water damage all around the room where the ceiling meets the wall. There’s old and then there’s smelly and not maintained. I wouldn’t shower in here if you paid me. We told the front desk that we were not staying and they said they’d give us a refund but we’d have to call Expedia. We called Expedia and they called the front desk to verify our concerns (bugs, nasty bathroom, moldy smell). The front desk told Expedia the room was fine. We called the front desk back and they said they checked the room and it was fine — they didn’t know what we were talking about. Dishonest business on top of a nasty room.
