Goodness! I made the mistake of requesting a few extra vegetables on my Subway Club today and got set straight about "extras". Instead of accommodating a simple customer request, Mary became argumentative and just downright unpleasant at the request of "a little extra bell peppers". She went on to repeatedly state, "we have to follow the recipe". Luckily, I didn't go to Subway to order a bell pepper sandwich Mary! Then.. they had to cancel my online order and when they rang it up in the store, it was $5.00 higher and she cut my sandwich after she wrapped it in paper! Whole situation blew my mind. I ultimately just left it there. It was too much going on. I really don't want to give it a 1 star but being mean and unaccommodating over a little extra vegetables is just not cool, Mary.

Rude white lady got an attitude with my daughter because she ordered at the wrong subway. We will be back at this one anyway. Smells musty anyways.

I went to this subway earlier this year without any problems because a African American teenage looking employee served my order so well and was very patient with me and he must have been with the rest of the customers he's had but when I went there yesterday I was met with a old women with hard hearing she took my little brother's order but he was to shy to speak so I helped him because he didn't know what to say and she was just rushing us with our order when it came to when I was ordering for myself I spoke in a normal voice and because she has hard hearing she asked me to speak up which I tried to do because I have a soft voice of course I did it and after that she commented with "you must have been the kid in school to not be able to speak up about your own presentation" which was not needed for her to say since I literally did nothing to her after she said that I was pissed and proved her wrong about what she said I spoke in a clear voice so I could prove her wrong and when I went home I looked at my sub and my little brother's sub and she mixed them up which made me to make this review so that old women made fun of me for not speaking up which isn't right for her to do that to a customer just think about how much customers had to deal with that if she has problems like this why is she working at a subway if she has hard hearing? I am not pleased with her way of talking to a customer I will not be coming back till she is gone (btw I'm a minor)
Definitely do not recommend going to this location. I went this evening and walked out this evening with a bad taste in my mouth due to the experience. In all my years of frequenting other subway locations & asking for extra olives on my sandwich, I’ve never had any issue until tonight. Tonight the response I got from sandwich artist Mary was less than satisfactory. Her response when I asked for more olives was “I put more than enough for you” with a rather nasty tone and then proceeded to blame the owners. Also did not appreciate the perceived attitude at my refusal to use my rewards. 10/10 would not recommend this location.
Order was all jacked up and the lady Ms Kathy is a horrible employee.
