  If you have employees that are representing your company then they need to be knowledgeable about their products… Trying to sell me more stuff than I came in there for. But not knowing how to access something I need is CRAZY WORK! I’m switching back over to Verizon because the customer service is TRASH in store and ONLINE 🚮

  I requested the most basic phone and service for my child’s line back in March. I didn’t realize the employee, Ashely V., signed me up for the $60 service with a promo deal without telling me. I got a surprise when I got the next bill. His line was more than mine and I went back up there just to be told they couldn’t do anything for 3 months from the day I started that plan. After that, I switched phone service to somewhere else just to find out I couldn’t pay off the remaining balance owed on the device itself to unlock it. They want 6 months of service before releasing it. I will not go back. I’ve had them for years but this was an awful experience. The bill went up from $105 a month to $210, I was told the bill for those plans went up for everyone so not only did it go up because of her adding the wrong plan but also because plan prices went up in general. It was a double hit.
