  I went here for the first time yesterday. I felt like I was at my grandmas house. The atmosphere was clean and organized and quiet. I hope the woman doesn’t take offense due to her age, but it was just like watching my grandma fix me a sandwich. Very genuine, kind, and caring. She even asked me about my life and we talked like family. This is the kind of customer service that I love enough to go back just to say hello and order a sandwich even if I’m not in the mood for Subway!

  I got my Mom a couple of Subway e-gift cards (I live out of state but wanted to help her out) and she went in to get dinner at this location. The register was being glitchy and not wanting to take them so she needed to order through the Subway app, and for a woman in her 60s with vision problems, this was a challenge. I was on the phone the whole time, and an employee named Evan helped her get the cards into the app and her food order sorted out. It was tricky, but he was SO patient and polite and kind. I deeply appreciate him helping me help my mother! Thanks Evan, you rock!!

  I feel bad for the girls that were working here today. Things were going wrong for them and apparently no one had taught them how to deal with things going wrong for them. Toaster oven is down. Okay. Out of meatballs. Okay. Can I just swap? No. It will he the same price. No. Okay refund it, and I'll order again. Extra bad look though, when they say they're out of something, and you overhear "if we run out, we'll just tell people we're out. I don't wanna make bread". Subway needs a manager with customer service skills to teach.

  Cashier was mean to the kids she was like a deer in a head light I clearly seen cookies but she said that they were out sincerely hunter AKA THE KID

  Girl has had the worst attitude about her life choices. Always has something snobby to say and the way she makes a sandwich whenever she doesn't like your tone.... they seem lazy as well from what ive seen. Something needs done with getting some better people than that in there I've refused to come in if she's there because I know my sandwich will get messed up. I love subway but those employees ruin the one in Cushing. Comeon Cushing we can do better.
