  We ordered from door dash and our dasher was amazing but the employees were rude to him. They called us and said they couldn’t toast our sandwich’s or warm up the nachos, which was fine but he called us to let us know and apologized for the lady being rude (it wasn’t brandy) and that they couldn’t refund for the nachos and there was like no chicken. Had better experiences.

  I went here last night and changes need to be made, your new employees need to actually be taught how to make a sandwich with an actual trainer, my sandwich was made like a hot dog with the meat and cheese on the INSIDE corner of the bread making it hard to close and when we got to the veggies and employee claimed they had no idea how they were supposed to close it cause there was to much on it and then proceeded to complain to the other employee infront of us about our sandwich then when they made our other sandwich the employee put lettuce on one side of the sandwich then rolled their eyes when we asked for the other half to have lettuce aswell and when we asked for avacado we were told there was none then the other employee said they had some but they need to go and get it which shows me that this employee was being lazy or rather genuinely didnt know, I understand new employees need to learn but they also need to be taught properly and that fault is with management entirely

  Restaurant is clean but staff moves at their own pace. Training and coaching is needed to meet expectations and customer demand/urgency. Today’s visit was very unsatisfactory. Sandwiches weren’t cooked correctly, took nearly 30 minutes to get service and 4 sandwiches made, asked for water, was charged bottled water and the kids milk were all expired. We were told new staff - sorry and that was the end of it.

  Has to be the worst Subway in history.Every time you go in there , it's always an excuse of something if you can even get waited on , whoever owns this dump should come up here and actually work going there and getting excuse every single time
