No one asked them to do so but it is much appreciated. Services in store have been quick and painless from Amazon returns to sending off packages. The lines are never that long and if so it is taken care of quickly. I will continue to use them for packing services!
- DBDivineDsign BySalMay 15, 20261.0Absolute nightmare customer service. Unprofessional and rude. I dropped off an Amazon return at this location, but Amazon later claimed it was never received. When I went back to the store to explain the situation and figure out what happened, the staff was extremely rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help locate the scan or assist a customer in a tough spot, they treated me with total disrespect. Avoid this store if you want your returns processed correctly and expect basic decency from the staff.
