  okay so firstly it’s frustrating that you cannot build your sandwich anymore. you have to choose from whatever they offer and “customize it” but when you customize your food they just throw whatever they want on there. i called and was being respectful despite the fact that they screwed up my order, and when i asked for a manager she goes “I AM THE MANAGER” with so much attitude. she acted irritated that i was even calling yet i waited outside that window for 5 minutes AFTER “ringing the doorbell” i told her my complaints & part of it was my fault for how i ordered it (but again it’s hard to really figure out what you can or can’t put on your sandwich or how to order the sandwich you want). but she was so disrespectful and snappy with me when i told her that i had to ask 3 times to get my drink. she told me that i need to learn some understanding and don’t call up there with an attitude again when i didn’t have an attitude & the lady who gave my order tried to send me on my way without it. she didnt offer to fix my food, didnt offer a refund, actually she said i should come back and try again a different day lmao. i didn’t catch her name but im typing this at 1pm on monday april 6th. i called about 10 minutes ago and she’s “MOD” apparently.

  very awful customer service, young lady with darker hair not in uniform, hair was not put back, attitude was poor. there was a long black hair in my salad, there wasnt even lettuce.. do better subway employee..

  Really be attentive to your customers requests. We asked for little dressing on the sandwiches, and when we got home they were saturated in dressing- it was flooding out of the sandwiches. This is possibly the worst location. I honestly wouldn’t be writing this if this happened on one experience, it happens every time at this location. We decided today this was our last visit here.
