Wonderful customer service! Rosa helped me when I needed to change my service to Cricket and get a new phone. She took extra time and care to make sure my fears were calmed. She truly made me feel cared for with a "we got this!" attitude. Very happy to give Cricket 5 stars!

Wish I could give negative stars. Predatory Sales staff, went In and bought 3 phones, asked price of each phone was quoted $150.00 sounded good to me, the salesman said he would throw in a case and liquid screen protector each for free. The phones would not work on our property so we returned them the next day. Was told that they don't refund for liquid screen protectors or for cases, that they were part of a bundle, the liquid screen protector is $40.00 and the case was $29.00 so we are stuck with no recourse.. we lost $281.00 on this deal. Don't let yourself get scammed, deal with cricket online only.
