  We ordered delivery on May 29th. Order was wrong. Items were missing. Called store for refund and haven't received a call back yet for them to issue the refund. Guy did not even take my number. Said he had it (caller ID). Still waiting on a call back and refund. It is June 8th.

  I placed an order online, requested 1 sandwich to be roasted before filling, and added 4x the meat. No toast, no extra meat, no oil, no red vinegar, no extra Mayo, NO MAYO, Just a Dried Out Non-Toasted Stale DRY BUN, It SUCKS! Subway should be ashamed and I've got pics to prove it! Ordered a Bowl, No Lettuce, No Tomato, Extra Cucumber, NOPE, Screwed again! When I entered the store, dude was doing prep, no greeting, nothing, just left me standing at the counter. When 7 asked about my carryout order, he points to the very top shelf of a cart. What's he on? Then, the sandwiches weren't wrapped up and in their own bags and labeled, just a MESS! I want my money Back!

  I came into the restaurant and ordered a sub ,salad , and cookies. Didn't get the cookies . Called back and the woman who answered phone pretty much called me a liar about the cookies . I spent 31 dollars. Why would I lie about cookies . Someone needs customer service training there .

  Order pickup here often, food is always right and never missing any cookies or chips when I do order them. Staff is always friendly
