  Ordered for 3 people and literally nobody’s order was correct. We ordered all carrots and got limp celery instead. We ordered bleu cheese dipping sauce and got bad watered down ranch. I ordered BBQ Honey wings and got plain chicken nuggets with nothing on them. geez could have gone to McDonalds for that. Ordered specific drinks which they did not prepare. I’ve deleted the app and will never stop at wingstop again. If it hadn’t been takeout I would have thrown it back in their face. Unbelievable for $13 dollars a head. Also waited 15 minutes extra for the above quality

  Had food delivered no drinks no ranch called restaurant and they told me to call dasher I asked person who answered phone don’t you make order she put me on hold manager got on phone said we had several orders and got rushed….couldn’t get my drinks and ranch to me…had to go get them

  Unbelievably rude staff. Yells at and chastises customers for taking their order from shelf after making them wait 30+ minutes for food (staff does not call out orders when finished). Witnessed multiple unsanitary food practices in the kitchen. Orders are cleared from the screen before actually finished.

  Usually my food is pretty good. Tonight unfortunately I have ordered the 20 boneless wings. I ordered 3 different flavors, one was mango habanero. I get home and start eating and the mango habanero tasted sour. It didn’t even taste like mango habanero. The first bit almost made me throw up. It seemed almost like it was rancid. Idk if they gave me expired sauce or what but that was horrible. I didn’t eat it.
