  Every time I go into the store (usually to send an Amazon return) the clerks are very friendly and helpful. Whenever the lines are long they are very efficient and move the line quickly with the same friendliness and professional efficiency.

  They sent my packages to the wrong places once they got the packages back, was past time of return. They tell me there a claim started but the main ups can’t find anything about it. Out over a grand for going on 8 months now and still can’t get an answer on anything. I’d make sure to use anyone but them from now on

  Very quick and easy, nice and pleasant when you walk in. Quiet, and nice, I like all the stationary available too after dropping off my package.

  I went into UPS yesterday. Talked to Nate. Asked him about shipping my package to New Zealand. Nate, not knowing that I have previously worked for UPS for 12 years trying to give me a little bit of a runaround. He gave me the highest bid on the shipping charge of a 6 x 9 x 3 package told me it was gonna cost $300. Didn’t offer me the other two prices of this package gave me the highest one and tell me that was the price. This is an employee who does not want to do his job. This is how your business loses customers and this is why people go to the post office to mail their packages just saying.
