  I really wanted to give this place my business since it’s conveniently located. I’ve been several times but I won’t be returning. The staff is at best indifferent and at worst, downright rude. I would recommend going to any other UPS store ( the one at Mingo and 101st has universally nice and professional staff). This is one of the few places where I wish Google would let you leave ZERO stars.

  First off, I don't blame the staff. She was nice enough and sympathetic. However notary services are not available from open to close. I was told that that would be available at 11:00. Nowhere on the Google page does it say this so I had to waste my time. Obviously I could have called ahead. Cake back later that day, and Mo, the notary, was pleasant and got my two documents taken care of in 5 minutes. Call ahead for notary services.
