  Just ordered several sandwiches online from this Elm location and when we went to pick them up we're told they are out of lettuce and tomato! Every sandwich has lettuce on it and mine was a BLT!? I now see why they have 3 stars if this is how they are running a sandwich shop. When my husband just asked to cancel the order so we could order elsewhere, he was told that there was no manager present so no refund could be given. I will be calling tomorrow for our money back because this is RIDICULOUS!

  Great staff, I had stopped at a different location only to find no staff insight and drove here to get dinner. The manager and staff here were amazing, super friendly. My sandwiches were perfect and delicious. I will definitely be back
