  I come to this subway because they have better service and the store is usually much cleaner than the other one. The only problem I’ve had is that there’s no manager on duty in the evenings and there’s usually teenagers running the store. Tonight I went in and a young man with curly black hair, had an earphone in and had gloves on while touching his phone and his phone was on the cutting board in front of the food. He was about to make a sandwich, and I looked at him and asked “ you take your phone into the bathroom, right?” He said “ No, I don’t do that.” I said “ yes, you do every human does it, you have gloves on and you just touched your phone and your phone is on the cutting board, inches from the food. You should remove your gloves and take your phone off the cutting board and put new gloves on before making anybody else’s food because that’s against health code violations.” He took off the gloves and picked up his phone and walked to the back of the store while the other young man made our food. I wouldn’t have even cared about the earbud in his ear, I just don’t want someone touching their phone and then touching the food. Otherwise, great store, lovely atmosphere. There’s a different young man that’s usually there every evening and he is absolutely wonderful.

  I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but what's the point if the online system saying food is ready of it's not ready? Genuinely very frustrating. Also when you walk into any food franchise it should feel welcoming but it never does at this one. They never say anything to you until you get to the counter which is borderline awkward. They really should invest in a mobile pick up spot like multiple other locations have around the area. Also I wanted to add that the app said it was ready at 7:25 and we got our order at 7:39. It was not even busy in there so it should have been done

  Every time we go and do a mobile order somthing is always messed up, im not sure if a stingy manger telling them to skimp because its moble or what but the only time its right is if your in there montoring them make it witch is annoying and makes me feel rude but its never correct otherwise and its not always convenient to go in.

  Best subway I have been too in Broken Arrow! Cody and Chris both were phenomenal! Fast. Friendly. They also were able to make a sandwich for my nephew that wasn’t on the menu anymore. Definitely forget this subway is here but will be returning! Thank you for great service!
