  I called ahead to make sure they had cooies..they did. The guy didnt sound too excited to answer the phone. You could tell he hated his job. He sounded kind of young and it was about 8:55pm tonight. I placed the order. The driver was really nice so I asked her to ask the guy if he could make sure to put the right amount of mayo on it and maybe a tad bit more. She said he was kind of quick with her and said they charge for everything and sorry not possible. Like seriously? I ordered a lot of food and they never put enough mayo on and I know theyre supposed to put on more than that its dry if not! I dont like a ton of mayo just enough to cover the bread. Anyway the guy was rude on the phone and in person to the driver! Anyway, I got the food and everyone liked theirs. No complaints but I started to eat mine which was alright..of course barely any mayo but guess what!?! Towards the end maybe the last two inches my mouth started burning! Yes my sandwich, the one the driver asked if he could make sure enough mayo was on it! I opened my sandwich and nope just the normal turkey american cheese and lettuce? So I take it he put something on my sandwich that yoh cant see. Like why would he do something to my food for asking if I wanted my sandwich made the right way?!?! Seriously! Definitely wont be back to this one. You all need to find people who can manage others. If you are leaving the store in the hands of an 18 year old, then they need to make sure they are mature enough to run a restaurant. I will never again order delivery with subway. You cant trust anyone these days! I will want to watch my sandwich be made. Everyone says tulsa is bad..but this is broken arrow..its ok the parents end up moving out of tulsa and having these entitled brats working and now we have to suffer because they can only afford 1 worker after a certain time ugh..maybe I will never return. I am that mad now!

  Worst service ever . Me and my husband came to just get subs after a long day of work and the workers were too busy talking . We were in there for about 15 -20 mins just waiting as they were talking .

  I ordered two sandwiches for pickup, there was only one lady working. I went inside to get the sandwiches and she told me that the order was void on her part and that we would get a refund tomorrow. We told her we would like to reorder and she said I'm going to be honest it's going to be a while and turned around to attend to somebody who came in after us?? So basically she cancelled my order because she has as to busy. Void on her part but wouldn't let me reorder. Weird.
