  I understand being out of items (especially with it being within an hour of closing), however, what I don’t understand is telling a customer that you’re going to up-charge to replace a meat that you’re out of (extra ham when the sandwich is normally ham and salami, they’re out of salami). Unfortunately, this subway is basically the only one in broken arrow open past 9 on Sundays otherwise we would have just gone to a different one.

  everytime me and my mom come in we get the absolutely worst service. Both workers were so RUDE. they need to learn what customer service is… the guy just rushed me and my mom’s order. The girl who put the dressing on and toppings made a face at everything for all the topping i wanted to put on like what’s the issue if u don’t like ur job then don’t work here i just don’t understand. It makes me not want to eat here anymore because of the same issue.

  Literally 2 pieces of ham on my sandwich, the young woman made the sandwich so fast and there was no one in line after me. I’ve never in my life had a sandwich made with 2 pieces of ham. I’m not a complainer but this is by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had

  I have been to several subways and had good experience except this place. I asked before I start the order if he except coupons, and the guy said in a rude way he said yes. The coupon was 2 foot longs for $12.99. I ordered Subway club which is roast beef, turkey and ham and 8 slices of cheese. Since I don't eat ham, all other subways add more turkey. This guy was very rude and said you can't add more turkey, I said fine . So I waited and saw he only put 4 slices of cheese , I mentioned it should be 8 slices and rudely again I will charge more for the cheese. I decided just to take it as is . Then he charged me $18.03 I asked why? And he said for adding the turkey. My thinking was he added more turkey instead of the ham. I paid it and left just to realize there was no more turkey added and he charged me for roast beef sandwich + another meat for $3.50 extra. This place is a rip-off and very rude individual. I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Stay away from this place. Copy of my receipt attached. Subway should shut the location down
