Online orders are priority. We waited 15 minutes to order while one staff person made online orders and another was in the back. Sandwiches were good.

Don’t let Ashley touch your food in General she let two of our meatballs touch the counter then continued to watch it roll off an caught it at last second and still put it on our sandwich
And had terrible customer service.

Everyday, One worker making sandwiches during lunch rush. I saw 3 groups who called in orders wait for 15 min then cancel when told it would be another 15 more minutes. Don’t be in a hurry if you come here

3/24/26 11:10 am. I went into the subway in Blackwell OK. There was only 1 person in line paying out. There were 2 employees working. Neither spoke or addressed when I came in. I stood there for 5 minutes while 1 employee walked around and the other spoke to the customer checking out. No one said hello, how can we help you, nothing! These two women you have working at that time are extremely lazy and have zero customer service skills.
