  Didn't toast it, put completely wrong toppings, and put barely any meat. More bread than meat at this point. Do better

  My daughter picked up sandwiches ordered online thru the app. Nothing was correct about my order. Ham and provolone no sauce WHICH USUALLY MEANS NONE. The chips I requested was baked. I didn’t want substitutes and ice tea from the fountain is usually my favorite but no they provided her a bottle of tea. Maybe your place of business should make refunds available since nothing was correct instead of just handing someone a tea in a bottle and didn’t even ask if they wanted fountain. I will not put my money into this franchise. There are better ones out there with better customer service and who know how to make a sandwich, since I am the one paying for it. It’s crazy anymore to have to tolerate such unprofessional service from take out. Maybe your terrible employee should find another job that he is not miserable at.

  Just walked out. Finished making my sub, then cut it with a dirty knife. Had what looked like old guacamole on it.

  Prices aren't the same as other locations, touchscreen at drive-through wasn't working, worker argued with me, then refused to take more than one sandwich order "we are too busy" even though the parking lot and store was empty. This is the third time I came here and its the same crappy rude service. Never again.
