  Katie is amazing. I came in with a huge box that another UPS store guaranteed I could ship. Katie called her manager to figure something out but unfortunately there was nothing they could do. She took initiative to help me out and resolve it for me. I loved what she said, “we will make sure we find a solution for you” and she did. All while managing a new team behind her. Props to this girl. She is going places. I’d hire her any day. Go Katie!

  Adalyn greeted me and asked how she could help I told her that I needed to get something to Springfield, Ohio and she did exactly what it took to get the job done helped me with the label secured my information in the package and got the package on its way for Monday delivery Great Job!!!

  I just came come your store 30 mins ago. I had to send back a package. Hayden the notary was helping me, and she was very rude to me. Usually the girls will help me read the code…maybe because I’m handicapped? The young girls tried to help, but she gave them bad looks as if she were the manager. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. You’ve been here for years. Thank you Stephanie

  TERRIBLE experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was poor from the moment we walked in. Our interaction with the General Manager left us feeling disrespected and belittled. I felt like I was being talked down to rather than treated as a valued customer. During our interaction, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending manner, which I found extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the younger employees were not much better. They also came across as unprofessional and lacking the customer service skills I would expect when dealing with the public. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and baffled at how UPS allows people like this to service their customers. Based on my experience, this location could benefit from significant improvements in professionalism, customer service, and how customers are treated. I would not recommend this UPS Store based on the experience I had.
