  Store was absolutely disgusting looks like nothing has been cleaned in the store. Placed an online order and went to go pick it up they hadn’t even started my order. I waited for them to finish the order. Had to take my sandwich back due to it being made incorrectly. The lady making the sandwich was just putting the stuff in the middle of the bread. Also was supposed to be toasted and my cheese didn’t even melt and all the sauce was dripping off the sandwich. My sandwich turned out to be more like a taco than an actual sandwich. I asked her if she would tuck the stuff in the sandwich that way it wouldn’t make a mess everywhere.

  Ordered two meatball and pepperoni sandwhiches through the app, and both were missing the pepperoni and cheese. I can't find any way to get a refund through the app or even file a complaint. Feels really shitty that I didn't get what I paid for.

  The employees at the subway are always so friendly and so nice I stopped in here all the time but I just cannot believe that the owner is letting them work without an air conditioner for this long it is crazy hot in this store!!!

  Don’t do it! Ordered yesterday and got deathly ill after the meatball sub. My son had half and also got violently ill after consuming it 2 hours later. Went in for a pickup and it’s also utterly disgusting and knew we should have walked away right then and there. Bartlesville don’t go there.
