  I am from out of state and needed help as i crushed my old phone and my tablet was nearing 10 years old. I have a minor brain injury which can make processing information difficult. Michael took care of me initially and was ever so patient. He explained everything on both a phone and a tablet and set me up on a better plan than i had. He told me to come back if I had any questions. Which I have done twice now. Michael had shared with Daniel about me and when i came back Daniel was aware and jumped right in to assist me. Daniel and Michael helped me the second and third times. Each time with patience and professionalism. I knew I had found a great store when they both greeted me by name and made me feel genuinley welcome and answered all of my questions, no matter how seemingly simple, without making me feel awkward at all. It has been an awesome experience and my wife will be getting her system updated as well.

  I had a very positive experience and love my new service. I switched to cricket because I had bad service. The sales clerk Michael was amazing. He was very helpful and kind.
