  If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered traditional wings got to our hotel and had boneless wings. The manager on duty Rachel told us she would remake them. We arrived the next day on our way back to okc to get them and the general manager was extremely rude. Didn’t acknowledge us, or apologize for the inconvenience nor for she replace the order. Her name is Rebecca. She left is standing and waiting, so unprofessional. She should not be in management. When I shared my experience her response was “okay”. I left upset and can’t believe this was the outcome over 6 wings. Very disappointed and will never return.

  My chicken was raw , they charged me way over what I was suppose to be charged and forgot my food. Manager was suppose to fix it but never did. Hopefully next time is better we love wing stop!

  Evertime we ask for extra pickle or light sauce they never listen just make it how they want it shameful

  I just came into the ardmore location and the person do the orders was the most rude,bitchy person I HAVE HAD IN FASTFOOD!!!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done or i am never coming back. And she did it to everyone in there not just me.
