  It's been a couple of weeks since my order from Subway. I'm still hot over the disrespect and sandwich I received from this establishment. I am a disabled veteran so it's difficult for me to get around. I placed my order online for pickup and instructed my caregiver what I wanted. I ordered a simple foot long meatball sub with extra meat and cheese. What I got was a foot long meatball with half the meat (4 meat balls). Apparently, the staff is not well trained. The worker they had in place, no manager present, refused to make my sandwich as I instructed. She was told to copy the receipt. It read 4 meatballs per 6"sub. She completely disregarded my receipt!!! To top it off she told my care taker that was the sandwich I payed for even though it was over 18 dollars!!! I'm very disappointed in this situation and believe it to be a franchise problem. I will no longer order from this place nor will I recommend to other people. Stay away people. Order at your own risk if you do. Both Subways and KFC are substandard.

  Never been to subway and had such a skimpy sandwich before. When asked can u please add just a bit more we were told yes for a charge. Even with shredded cheese they barely sprinkled any and was again told for a charge u can add extra. I can literally wrap my fingers around my sand high and touch them together.i don’t think the new owners are aware so maybe they will see this

  Went in for dinner everyone was friendly and kind and the food was even better!
