  I am giving a one star just for the store alone not cricket service itself cricket has been amazing I love it I've been using it for many years but this store needs to re-educated itself we had to have an insurance claim done the staff at the store has no idea how to help you.c they had said that you must come into the store you do not have to come into the store you could call the sweet little number and they will send you everything you need and do it right there!

  Highly don't recommend cricket cause for a week now I have been trying to make a phone payment through thier app and website it will refund your phone payment after paying it off and also they also false advertise that they are the best but they not as good as thier competitive phone carriers
