  Every time I use them they always deliver next door, and my house number is even on the front of my house. If you can't read a house number you shouldn't be working there.$200 pair of shoes delivered next door. Very pricey mistake. I will never use them again unless forced to.

  this is the worlds worst shipping company. they are incredibly slow and delay their packages. how hard could it be to drive a van and drop off packages
