  I stopped by during a chaotic time of lunch hours. The phone was ringing off the hook, and customers were coming in because they had the wrong order or sandwiches were not made correctly. It was hectic. I ordered a Baja chicken protein pocket, and as it was being made I noticed they had put provolone on it. I said to the staff that it should be shredded cheese. Staff turned around looked at the board and then looked at some card they had behind the sandwich making station and says "Oh yeah, I guess it is supposed to be shredded cheese." So I ended up with both in my sandwich wrap. At that moment I realize the person that was making the sandwiches was not trained well, and was probably the cause for a lot of the chaos that was happening at the time I visited. He also seemed to be the only one making sandwiches and trying to run the register. Another person was there and appeared out of nowhere to answer the phone as it was steadily ringing. All the ingredients were well portioned in my wrap, but the wrap was so loose it literally fell apart when I opened the paper to eat it. Sometimes I get a well-made sandwich and other times it's vice versa.

  Update: One of the employees tried to have their mother (Misty Adkins) harass me on social media and called my review dishonest. I stand by my words and will not engage with angry people. I had a really disappointing experience this past Saturday night, May 2nd. The store was dirty, and some of the food even appeared to have mold on it, which is completely unacceptable. Service was incredibly slow. There were only two people in front of me, yet it took 19 minutes to get my food because one of the employees wouldn’t stop talking instead of doing their job. The men’s restroom was in terrible condition, with urine all over the toilet seat. The other employee seemed confused and just wandered around without helping customers. To make matters worse, both employees were repeatedly touching their face and hair while preparing food, which is a serious hygiene concern. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I will not be coming back
