  Every single time I order a sandwich ahead it’s wrong. Not even slightly wrong, just completely wrong. This has happened 3 times at this point, so clearly it’s my own fault for giving this place that many chances. They also honor ZERO of the promotions on the app. Do not online order from this place if it’s important you receive what you overpay for.

  I love this Subway, this will be the only one I go to for now, the 2 ladies in there are very nice and polite. The best Subway I've been to in Cincinnati.

  The staff here is always so kind and my pickup orders are always correct and ready early! They honestly do such a good job with my order that when I have to go to other locations I end up disappointed cause it’s not made as well lol. Love the ladies who work here!

  I order sandwiches for free because I got point on my account when I get to store they said we cancele your order because it’s for free I was like man I got points that’s why I get free sub but they said we can’t make your order so my experience is not good in this store
