  Courteous, but they sent a very expensive return to the WRONG city?! I’m out a lot of money now because I didn’t double check the label before leaving the store. They must have accepted the first auto fill suggestion on the address— it was the correct street address but the wrong city, and I didn’t notice until I went to dispute the merchant for not receiving my refund. Not cool. They need to pay attention!

  I made a mistake when I printed my Christmas cards and the woman who helped me was amazing! Even though it was my fault she helped me fix it and was so kind during a very busy stressful season!
