  On line orders are more important that walk in No one in the store today, went to order sandwices, a guy comes out of the back room and says I have to do my online orders then I can help you. This is the 2nd time they did this. Will not be a 3rd

  The 3 sandwiches we ordered were tasty the family said. Bread was smaller than usual, under or over proofed, perhaps? The protien bowl was a whole different story... Every Subway EXCEPT this one heats up the slimy rotisserie chicken and the bacon before putting it into a protein bowl, according to the child working and training another child on 9/15 at 6pm. No apologies, just a rushed semi-snotty correction that this is how THEY do it. I dont know..Maybe shes overworked because theres no adult in charge during her shift. Maybe shes confused the information she was given. But I have been to Subways in numerous cities and locations and never have they given me cold slimy chicken in my protein bowl. Always warmed. Every time. Including the bacon. Isn't this location owned by the same person that owns the one on Cleveland road? Because they heat their chicken before putting it in the bowl. Also, every sub that contains the chicken & bacon is toasted or warmed unless requested differently.. Make it make sense.

  Was in a rush, ran in for a salad. Had to tell the server to add more lettuce as he out in a little bit. It's a salad with lettuce. Veggies were not the freshest and when I asked for ranch dressing he was going to use what they put on sandwiches not the packets. Needs an overview by management and more training for sure . If you want friendly service, fresh lettuce and veggies go to subway at minit mart 83 & 250. Outstanding!!!
