  The manager lady helped me get oil and a filter for my truck she went out of her way to make sure I got the best package deal. She also showed me how to use a $5 discount I didn’t know I had. I got 8 quarts a filter and a gallon washer flood for $20 and some change thanks to this lady. Excellent service best in town highly recommend!!

  I will only go to this auto parts store , the lady that works there is exceptional , if she doesn't know she will try to figure it out ,she has been more than helpful a few times already , one time was there truck wouldn't start she tried everything she could we finally got it started thought it was battery but was the ignition switch which i later got fixed , if we hadn't she was even gonna take us home , this lady is one exceptional person who cares what she does and gives all to her job, hard to find a employer these days with such dedication Thank you

  If you don't know what you are talking about as a salesperson either ask someone else or look it up. Don't tell the customer that what they need isn't sold (when it actually is) and don't try to sell them parts that they don't need. I fully understand that nobody can know 100% of the parts for every vehicle out there. But that is why you have a catalog on the computer right in front of you. Also when someone comes in and calls you out take it as a learning experience and don't be a jerk.
