I was visiting from out of town and stopped for dinner. They were obviously having an issue with the oven and cookies, but were still taking care of customers. I always take notice of when a manager steps up to help with service and issues instead of just barking orders. This meant there were more than enough employees to continue to keep orders and cashing out moving efficiently. Kudos Subway.

Poor service. I placed an order online for the first time. When I got there to pick it up it wasn't ready. I had waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged and finally finding out the order wasn't ready. The employee kept asking my name and questioning if maybe it was under another name. I told her repeatedly I had used the app to order for the first time and maybe I did it wrong. She finally took my phone and saw that I didn't give the payment info. Finally they made my sandwich. When I checked out they charged me $1.00 more than the price on the app. Very disappointed being asked repeatedly and making me feel like I did something wrong. Will not return to that specific restaurant.
