  First of all, it's hotter in the restaurant than it is outside. I ordered a pizza sub and took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. It was burnt and not edible. I look at my receipt and the lady didn't even charge me for my sub. So that tells me she knew it wasn't edible..

  This subway and every other one in town is absolutely HORRIBLE! Almost every time we have went there to go get food, it is closed!! It is 8pm on a Saturday night and they are advertised on Google and on there doors they close at 9:30. What in the actual world?! I ordered cookies the other night and they were the most disgusting cookies I've ever had. So hard and like they had been sitting there for weeks. I mean you could literally taste the oldness in them. I don't understand how this place is still in business I really don't. Its sad!

  I wanted lettuce on spicy Italian sub and I didn’t get it. My grandmother wants tomato and lettuce on her chicken bacon ranch sub and she didn’t get those including bacon. My grandpa wants pickles and onions on his Philly steak sub and he didn’t get those either. The staff wasn’t wearing his uniform, he was wearing white tank top and Nike gym short and had little bit of attitude because the other customer came back to have him fix their order. Not going there again.

  I had an order here of 4 sandwiches and the ingredients where just swapped around. These were not custom sandwiches they were ordered and all we added was spinach and extra cheese on most and on 2 sandwiches we excluded onion because myself and another family member get very sick when eating onions. They swapped or just plainly added unwanted ingredients, for some reason they put jalapeños on the ham and turkey, forgot the mayo and tomato the goes with it.. and toasted all 4 sandwiches when only 2 of 4 were meant to be toasted.

  This is by far the best Subway in all of Wilmington, OH! They will make your sandwich the way you ask without having to argue with them!!!
