  The staff in that store are very rude. Every time I am in there, they are rude,and never smile. Just the last time I was there the one employee smelled so bad if cigarettes and was nasty to me. I try avoiding this place as much as possible.

  I went to ship an international document over the weekend, and it was impossible. The guy working acted like i inconvenienced his day and didnt was very difficult. I gave him the typed address on a piece of paper bc it was Greek and I didnt want to mess it up and he still asked me for information when it was right in front of him. I had to correct the info on the screen 3x before he finally got it right. ( NAME, EMAIL AND THEN HE PUT IT AS A RESIDENCE NOT A BUSINESS) Then when he tried to send it ( apparently it was 52 dollars to ship 1 piece of paper) it failed and he told me to go to Mayfield or try a different day. I told him he needed to try a manager or try again bc i just waited this whole time. Eventually he got his manager on the phone who was also unable to help and i had to leave without shipping my document. The entire process was frustrating and the employee was not helpful at all.

  I brought two Amazon returns to the store with the barcodes on my phone. The woman at the counter stated flat out that I would need to pay for the label to be printed as well as each box to be packaged. I've returned Amazon items there many times over the recent years, and never had to do this. So instead, I drove home and called Amazon where the representative assured me with no uncertainty that they were supposed to handle it the way they have for every other package I took there. So I had the return location changed to Staples, where everything went as usual. The UPS store chain won't see me again.
