We got a call from Mandy from this store saying we forgot some important documents and they are keeping it for us to collect. When I went to pick it up, I understood that the documents were exceptionally important for my US stay. Everything VISA and Work Permit related stuff. Store generally keeps lost document with them for few days and then shred it. But Mandy was so vigilant and she understood that these are very important documents. She found number and told me to collect it from store. There are people in the world who are empathetic about other people and their needs. Mandy is one of such persons with very kind heart. I am so thankful for her and I wish her all the happiness in the world.

Unfortunately everyone is right…the customer service here is subpar. A young lady had a really bad attitude when I picked up my package. Black woman, light skin with very long black curly hair. It’s clear she does not like her job or RBF is just her personality.
